This is an LED AOI system. After getting images by CCD and through our in-house software , the machine could sort objects by user-defined parameters. And because of auto direction check technology, feeder modules don’t need to arrange the objects. It could auto-sort(main side/reverse, pass/NG)and auto-save that can reduce configuration time and raise the inspection speed substantially.
By high resolution encoder and in-house DSP, the system could calculate the precise position of objects to decrease CCD misjudgment and let system blows off materials in right place to avoid parts mixture. That also could avoid operators to stop the machine and clean the feeder.
