H635 is developed for High Speed SMD LED automated taping. It equipped with PLC system and touch panel interface to perform the real-time monitoring of binning result. The RGB lighting indicator will show the operation status of system to make operation management easier. LED supplied from parts feeder, and the Index Structure transfer LEDs to each station for polarity test to check the direction. And it can also purchase with “Optical & Electrical Analyzer” to reconfirm and tell apart the DUT with wrong direction or failed DUT and automated put them into the No-Go tube. And via automatic vision inspection to perform real-time monitoring that assure DUT with right direction as custom’s requirement. (With users requirement, H635 can also exchange change kits jigs and Parts Supplier to taping different DUT type)
