H565 is developed for High Speed Top View SMD LED sorting. It adopts advanced technology & stabler transmission system. LED sorting was assured with CYT’s Instrument. LED supplied from parts feeder, and transfer to polarity test station. The sorting result is according to the Instrument for binning. H565 Adopts color touch panel for user interface to perform the real-time monitoring of binning result. The RGB lighting indicator will show the operation status of system to make operation management easier. (With users requirement, H565 can also exchange change kits jigs and Parts Supplier to binning different DUT type)
